No Load Mutual Funds

Mutual fund loads suck. There, I said it.

Mutual fund loads take your money and give it to a salesperson. That sucks.

When purchasing mutual funds you should remember that No Load Mutual Funds are a much better option. They allow you to invest more of you money directly into shares of the fund and keep more of your earnings. Don't ever consider paying mutual fund loads.

Alternative Energy Mutual Funds

Alternative energy mutual funds are often considered to be categorized as green investments. Normal energy mutual funds invest in companies that are related to the energy field that are believed to present opportunities for profit. Alternative energy mutual funds take their selection process a little bit further and only invest in companies that are related to alternative or renewable energy sources.

The companies that alternative energy mutual funds invest in typically work with the research, develpoment, production or delivery of power that is generated through renewable sources such a solar or wind power. These energy sources normally have much lower rates of pollution than traditional energy companies and help to reduce our dependence on dirty fossil fuels.

If you are looking to jump into the growing energy field I would strongly suggest investing in
Alternative energy mutual funds.

Green Mutual Funds

Green Mutual Funds are a way for investors to earn money while investing in companies that help promote a cleaner, greener environment.

Green mutual funds take money from multiple investors and use it to buy stocks in companies that focus their business practices on having the most minimal negative effect on the environment as possible, and frequently create products and produce goods that are considered to be Earth Friendly.

Future posts on this site will be devoted to discussing the different options available with green mutual funds, their profitability, and which green mutual funds are best from both an environmental aspect as well as a profitability aspect.

I look forward to writing more about
Green Mutual Funds.
